- Troubleshooting: If changes don’t save, refresh and try again or check permissions.
Step 3: Take a quick dashboard tour
- Instruction: Explore Dashboard, Funnels, Automations, and Inbox to understand core areas.
- Expected: You can locate funnels, automations, and message inbox features.

Step 4: Connect communications channels
- Instruction: In Settings → Channels, connect email and SMS providers to enable sends and tracking.
- Expected: Channels show as connected and you can send test messages.

Step 5: Create your first funnel
- Instruction: Go to Funnels → Create New, pick a template, edit the page, and publish.
